2) renewal reminders for expiring featured listings. Two renewal reminders are sent. The first reminder is sent 1 week before the featured package expires. The second renewal reminder is sent 1 day before your featured package expires. You can at any time opt out of receiving renewal reminders.

3) If you have requested support or contacted us.
